Lorenzo Rudy Delgado
Lorenzo is highly motivated, creative and versatile, with eighteen years of experience in property acquisition, planning, design, development, construction, consultation and management, and is especially skilled at building effective and productive working relations with his clients. A progressive work environment is challenging and something in which he thrives and he is committed to providing his clients a professional relationship and atmosphere.
Jay Jay Shapiro
A licensed architect and graduate architectural engineer, Jay Jay taught architecture at Cal-Poly, and worked with such notable companies and people as: Walt Disney, DMJM in Hawaii, Barry Burkus of Environmental Systems, Inc., Stu Kerr in California, Holien and Buckley, Philippe Register, and Urban Weidner in Santa Fe, NM. Jay Jay has operated his sole proprietorship since 1973.

"On October 10,2013 I met Jay Jay Shapiro and Lorenzo Rudy DelGado of Visual Concepts, llc at my house on Canyon Rd. Jay Jay said he had some ideas for this old house that was built around 1934. They impressed me with the vision they already had formulated in their heads of the transformation of an 800 square foot almost derelict structure into a modern house. I knew I found the right company to take on the biggest endeavor of my life. Fast forward one year later and to say I was pleased with the end result of that vision is an understatement. They added features I didn't know there was room for, but are absolute necessities in the 21st century. A second bathroom, library/computer room, laundry room. Eleven foot ceilings opened up the small square footage making the house seem twice as big. Well, I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture. The entire process from the planning, design, permits, building, and details were done with a smooth process and they took care of everything. They have extensive knowledge and professionalism with great attention to detail and were extremely knowledgable and familiar on how to navigate the proper process to remodel a historical home and get the approval necessary from the Historical Development Review Board. They communicated in an efficient and very pleasant manner.
Jay Jay Shapiro was the architect and Lorenzo Rudy DelGado was the project manager. I would like to mention that I live in California, so this was all done through the email except for going there with my husband on November 3, 2014."
